I’m Ben Loggins, a Mobile-based real estate advisor with 1702 Real Estate, serving buyers, sellers, and relocation clients throughout Mobile and Baldwin County.
The experience behind the approach
Before real estate, I spent years leading hospitality teams across Alabama. That experience taught me how to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and remain composed when the pressure is high.
I brought those same standards into real estate. Whether I’m preparing a listing, evaluating a property, negotiating terms, or helping someone relocate, my goal is to make a complicated decision feel organized and manageable.

Local knowledge, used with purpose
Mobile and Baldwin County aren’t one market. A historic Midtown home, a West Mobile move-up property, an Eastern Shore community, and a Dauphin Island investment each require different context.
My role is to help clients understand those differences—value, lifestyle, condition, insurance, commute, resale, and the tradeoffs that aren’t always apparent online.
Outside of real estate
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually spending time with my family, playing golf, training, or exploring more of the Gulf Coast. Mobile is home, and that personal connection shapes how seriously I take helping someone make a move here—or make their next move within the area.
